| Preheat oven to 400°. Spray both sides of 2 corn tortillas with cooking spray place on baking sheet; bake 12 minutes, until crisp. Meanwhile, prepare your toppings: Warm some refried beans. Grate some cheddar cheese. Chop tomatoes, avocado and shred some iceberg lettuce. Layer all onto the crisp totillas, top with salsa. |
