Mom's Sloppy Joes
by Nancy Graff - serves 6
1 pound ground beef, lean
1 stalk celery chopped
1 small bell pepper chopped
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
hamburger buns


Brown the meat in a large skillet. Drain any fat from skillet; add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.

Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
