| Italian Turkey Burgers | ||||||||

| 4 Italian Rolls split 1 clove garlic halved 1 pound ground turkey 1/2 cup marinara sauce 1/3 cup onion finely chopped 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped 4 slices mozzarella cheese |

| 1. Preheat broiler. 2. Place rolls, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted. Rub garlic evenly over cut sides of rolls. Set aside; keep warm. 3. Combine turkey and remaining ingredients except cheese. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping into 1/2-inch patties. Place on broiler pan; broil 7 minutes on each side or until done. Place burgers on bottom halves of rolls; top each with cheese slice; broil until cheese melts. Cover with tops of rolls. |
